"The American service industry calls upon higher education to create programs that
spark the spirit of enterprise. The parallel development of an international
program and the Ephren W. Taylor II Entrepreneurial Academy at Cheyney University
will make our graduates an invaluable human capital resource for both developed and
developing countries," said M. Starita Boyce, Ph.D., vice president for
Institutional Advancement at Cheyney. "There is no better place for learning than
Cheyney University, the alma mater of giants such as Edward R. Bradley, Octavius
Catto, Rebecca Cole, M.D. and James R. Dumpson, Ph.D."

Recently, Taylor launched the Urban Wealth Tour to promote economic empowerment,
affordable housing and entrepreneurship in urban communities. During his visit to
Pennsylvania, he will speak at local high schools, address private investors,
educators, non profit organizations, religious and government leaders to encourage
positive change in their urban communities. He will also make another presentation
to Tom Joyner at the Cheyney University "Lunch with a Purpose," to be held at noon

"It is a great honor to be a catalyst for student entrepreneurs and to transfer the
advantages that I had growing up to our youth. It is particularly gratifying to
partner with a Historically Black College, specifically America's oldest HBCU. We
intend to use the Ephren W. Taylor II Entrepreneurial Academy at Cheyney as an
international model for future partnerships in higher education," asserts Taylor.

Widely respected as a true "Wealth Engineer", Taylor utilizes his innovative model
to raise capital and enhance his clients' ability to develop and manage wealth. City
Capital recently signed a $50,000,000 credit facility agreement with The Lucian
Group of Rochester, NY to accelerate their ability to leverage investments, holdings
and other assets to build value for investors and shareholders, all while creating
positive change in communities nationwide.

Cheyney University is the nation's oldest historically Black institution of higher
education, and the only Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the
